浦项中心位于位于北京市朝阳区望京三号地1008-629号地块，地块东北是京2号路，西北方向有大望京4号路，东南临大望京街，西南临望京中环路。建设用地面积为20021.399平方米，总建筑面积163286.58平方米，其中地下总建筑面积为63180平方米，地上总建筑面积为100106.58平方米。

浦项中心地上3层高的裙房将A楼（33层）和B楼（25层）两栋超高层写字楼连接在一起，裙房有为写字楼提供服务的大堂、多功能厅、会议、办公配套用房、银行、餐饮和打印等空间；除A楼31~32层为供内部员工使用的200人的职工餐厅外，A、B楼4层以上均为办公空间。本工程地下共有4层，地下1层是商店、餐饮、自行车库和设备机房，地下2层~4层功能为汽车库、自行车库和设备机房（地下4层战时为六级人员掩蔽所和物资库）。地下1层~下4层均设连接通道与西北侧的627地块相连，使各地块间的商业空间、人防空间贯通，并保证了地下车库机动车的有效疏散。

服务内容包括机电顾问咨询及绿色建筑三星标识申报咨询，本项目采用了过渡季免费冷源、冷凝热回收、锅炉烟气热回收、光导照明系统、建筑能耗管理系统等技术。

POSCO Center is located in Beijing, Chaoyang district at Wangjing. The site is at the northeast of Wangjing No. 2 road, northwest with great Wangjing No.4 road, southeast with great Wangjing street, southwest with the Wangjing loop. The land area is 20,021 sqm. The total GFA area is 163,286 sqm. The underground construction area is 63,180 sqm. The total above-ground construction area is 100,106 sqm.

The three floors high podium of the POSCO Center links two super high-rise office buildings, Tower A (33 floors) and Tower B (25 floors). The podium will provide a lobby, conference, banks, restaurants, and business center. Other than the 31^st and 32^nd floors which served as an internal restaurant service that can hold 200 employees, Towers A and B, from the 4th floor and above, is office spaces. There are four floors for the underground: the 1^st basement possesses shops, restaurants, bicycle storage, and equipment rooms; the 2^nd to 4^th basement served as Parking areas, bicycle storage, and building service rooms (4^th basement served as a shelter for 6^th class of air defence and materials storage under wartime). Underground levels are connected with plot number 627 on the northwest, ensuring each land's commercial space, fluency of the civil air defense, and efficient evacuation.
