The project is located in the People Southern Road of Chengdu with a height of approximately 220 meters, including hotels, offices, shopping malls, theaters, etc. The green strategy goal is to design a green, ecological, low carbon landmark building. Adopting the appropriate construction technology, with a minimum increase in costs, to achieve maximum energy saving, water saving, material saving, reduced energy waste, and the operation cost-saving, makes the people, building, and environment combined as a unity, becoming the national greenery demonstration project with low energy consumption and a 65% or more energy-saving rate for the public buildings.

Many advanced technologies are employed in this project, for example; “cloud” green technology is adopted in air condition systems; so as the energy saving lighting system which could be saving more that 25% electrical consuming.The rain water recycling technology is use to collect around 24000 m³/year. Preliminary estimated annual energy saving of 7.66 million kwh is achieved, in meeting the national standards for public buildings energy - saving and energy - saving 30% on the basis of the above.
