Located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, this project is a commercial complex project covering two subway transfer stations. The project covers 20,705 square meters of land and 250,704 square meters of building area, including shopping center、hotel、and office. Among them, Tianjie has a commercial area of 75,000 square meters, hotel area of 35,000 square meters，and office area of 39,469 square meters. The shopping center has six floors, and the total building height of the tower is 218.3 meters.

As the mechanical and electrical consultant of this project, our company is mainly responsible for scheme design, preliminary design review, construction drawing design review, M&E interior design review, engineering detail design review and construction cooperation.
