This project is located in Wuhan Optical Valley. The total GFA of the building is about 67,363 square meters, including 13,685 square meters of GFA of the hotel. The main floor is 34 floors above the ground. The hotel lobby is located on the first floor, and the guest rooms are located on the 28th ~ 34th floor, including the reception area, guest room area, administrative office area, logistics area, kitchen area, M&E rooms, etc.

Our company serves as the M&E and fire protection consultant of this project, and the work contents include: primary M&E design, detailed M&E engineering design (including intelligence), acoustic service of sample room, M&E bidding and tendering service, on-site cooperation, and acceptance (including fire protection system), etc.
