Located in Yichang City, Hubei Province, the project covers an area of 130,000 square meters and is the last piece of open space in the core area of the old city along the river. The project integrates the tenacity, grandiosity, and history of Yangtze River culture into the architectural design, reflecting the pioneering, innovative, and steady development of Xingfa Group's corporate culture. The layout of multi-level courtyards continues the cultural tradition of Jianghan. Through the space publicity, walkability, and other design techniques, green and public activities are introduced into the site and integrated as a whole, highlighting the harmonious coexistence of people, city and nature.

Our company serves as the mechanical and electrical consultant of this project, mainly responsible for scheme design, construction drawing design, bidding service, M&E interior design, construction coordination and completion acceptance.
