The project is located in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, with a total land area of 15,254 square meters. The project is a class I high-rise building with a total construction area of about 105,477 square meters. The above-ground building area is about 76,270 square meters, which is mainly used for offices and businesses. The underground area is mainly for equipment room, motor garage, non-motor garage, and nuclear level 6, regular level 6, class A, second class shelter. The basement area is outside the red line. Project height is148.7 meters with 35 floors.

As the mechanical and electrical consultant of this project, our company is mainly responsible for scheme analysis and report, preliminary design, construction drawing design, BIM design, and CSD, etc.
